Ok, let's dive into today's episode. We will be talking about something that I think many people don't even realize they can do. 
They would love to be able to build a business or a niche property around something they're passionate about.
The question that we're going to be answering today is, can I build my niche property around my hobby? 
I'm going to share a couple of stories with you because we have done this. I say we, my wife and I, have done this in, around one of her hobbies.
