Today's topic that I think is important is choosing one target per week.

 Doing this can have massive rewards and really can be a game-changer. 

I also wanted to do this because of my daughter, a beach volleyball player. She's 14 years old and wants to play at a high level in college.

I have asked her after a tournament what did she learn? 

Take that aspect of the game. Whether serving, blocking, etc., your week's objective is to pick one and practice that. 

You and I are building businesses and talking about niche properties. 

There are many different things we could be doing. 

1. Pick our niche. 
2. Find our keywords. 
3. Do keyword research. 
4. Create content. 
5. Learn more about optimizing the content. 
6. Take old content, and we want to make it rank better. 
7. Try different monetization strategies. 
8. Build an email list.
9. Build a digital product.
