On the podcast this week we have one of our own on the pod, the fantastic Lauren Newhouse!

Lauren is now 18 months alcohol free and it's safe to say that at the start of her journey she wasn't quite sure about all of this alcohol free stuff. Everyone seemed a bit OTT about how great they felt and it was all a bit suspicious.

She gave it time though and it's certainly paid off. She's now better than ever and loving the sober life and is a much loved member of our OTI community.

Thanks so much to Lauren for coming on the pod, her story is one that we're sure many of you will relate to and we really appreciate her taking the time to share her experience with going AF!
