    Heidi McKay is a certified foot zoner and the founder of The Foot Zoning Method, a foot zoning certification program focused on resetting the body through the reflex points of the feet. She also created a foot zoning app to help people practice this healing modality at home.

    Heidi discovered foot zoning nearly a decade ago at the suggestion of a close friend while her daughter was struggling with anxiety and depression. After years of hesitation and trying many different approaches, foot zoning became a life-changing—and life-saving—tool for her daughter. Since then, Heidi has been on a mission to teach how this gentle healing modality can bring peace and alignment to the body, mind, and spirit.
