In today's show, I share 4 ways to disconnect from the narcissist in your life.  Regardless of the nature of the relationship, narcissistic and toxic individuals will use and abuse you, in order to get their needs met, for as long as you allow them to.  You may not be able to easily get away physically or relationally from a narcissist, especially a co-worker or a family member.  However, you can create space, despite the chaos that narcissists create, to gain clarity, put healthy boundaries in place, prioritize your health and wellbeing, and give yourself closure.  It's time to get creative and conserve your precious resources: your time, energy, attention, money, and more!
