Happy New Year, health coach! It’s the first week of 2022, and I’m willing to bet you have big plans for what you want to create over the next year. A new year always feels so inviting - like a brand new notebook just waiting to be filled.
As you dive into your new habits and routines, I would love to encourage you to leave a few things behind in 2021, too. I’m talking about self-destructing habits that so many of us do, but that doesn’t help us grow our businesses or create the life we really want.
There are three things I see my health coach clients doing that are sabotaging their best efforts to create a thriving and profitable practice. So since we’re at the start of a new year, let’s wipe the slate clean and leave them behind.
