I have a very simple definition of happiness - when your reality matches your expectations. But, how do we set those expectations and make sure that we're creating a life on our own terms and not unconsciously letting other people's demands on our time dictate our life?

It's what we do and how we live each day that makes up our life. The little things are often much more important than the big in relation to overall wellbeing and happiness. More than anything, people remark on how "fun" I find the whole journey of building a business. And that's totally true. Today, I'm sharing with you how I create that fun and how I have consciously created my reality to be one of the genuinely happiest people I know.
