We also explore challenges that come with changing your mind. It is not unusual to land your dream career only for your dreams and goals to change over time. Chrisa shares how she personally embraced this challenge and shares tips on how you can too.

Why you need to fall in love with your team: In order to be the best leader you can be, putting your people first is fundamental. 

Don't jump to assumptions: Don't take anything personally and don't make assumptions. Looking at things objectively sets you up on the right perspective.

Understanding different ways of communication: People have different learning styles, and different ways to communicate. Once you accept this, building relationships is so much easier.
