Becoming 'triggered' simply means your emotions have gotten the better of you. Ok, yes that's a tad simplistic. But my logic is that the tools that emotional intelligence give you the capacity to overcome those reactive, knee-jerk moments, and instead come from a place of calm, confidence and conviction.
I mentioned my upcoming Taming Your Triggers Masterclass in this episode, live on Zoom during March 2024. If you want to check out the details and grab a ticket, head to bit.ly/3TqV7Sp or if you're listening to this after March, head to my website to find it on my course page at https://www.stephaniepinto.com/courses
I'd love to see some of you there! Steph.
