Remember a few weeks ago when I taught you the difference between complaining and venting? I also mentioned how important it is to ask permission from those that are close to us if they have the space or "the capacity" to listen. 

In this episode, I give you the steps to have much better communication with those you love and create more connections. 

This process was a game-changer for me and how I felt heard and seen and also how I relate to my friends. 

PS- This is so valuable for the Mama out there too with how we talk with our kids. They will open up more to us when we help guide them in this process. When they start to vent or talk, check in with them and see if they want ideas or solutions, or do they just want you to listen.
