When you’re first starting on your health and fitness journey, you may be excited about meal prepping, planning out your food and workouts, and all of the things. While that’s not a bad thing at all, you sometimes forget to plan around everything else that’s already going on in your life too. Sound familiar?
You absolutely can commit to your health and fitness journey, and still have that fit seamlessly and successfully with the other parts of your life! You just have to plan accordingly, and that’s exactly what I want to chat with you about today.
In today’s episode, I’m talking about:
-Understanding WHY you want to have a successful week, and realizing it’s okay if things don’t always go according to plan (or just plain fall apart)
-The importance of setting up a successful week that is realistic for YOU
-2 things to do, whether you’re a first-time planner or you’re just needing a fresh start
-4 tips to implement when you’re planning your week
Everyone’s versions of ‘success’ are different, and no one’s week will look exactly like someone else’s, which is totally fine! Honestly, I’ve learned to give myself a lot more grace over the years, and really transition out of the perfection mindset that I was in for so long.
Whatever season of life you’re in, just know that it’s okay if some weeks are better than others. Once you find a routine that works well for you, and you’re able to sync up your life and your fitness (and not keep them as 2 totally separate things), it will all flow together so well!
