Hi Mamas,
This week’s Monday Mindset Reset is inspired by a whirlwind of a week… but in the best way. I was asked to be a virtual guest speaker at the CEO Mom Breakthrough Summit… a space for moms who are chasing their dreams, building businesses, and still choosing to be present, intentional mamas. What an honor to be included!
My contribution to the summit was a 30-minute workshop where I teach my Meal Planning Made Simple method. Which sounds simple… but behind the scenes it meant creating a workshop from scratch, building the presentation, recording, teaching myself to edit video for the first time, and submitting it on deadline… all while still working my corporate job, managing kids’ activities, fitting in a date night with Russ, and keeping up with life.
But this week wasn’t just about cranking out a workshop… it was about navigating it all without losing my mind. Which brings me to today’s quote from Jana Kingsford:
💭 “Balance is not something you find, it’s something you create.”
