Have you ever heard the phrase “busy being busy"? Many people are busy doing things that are not even moving them forward in life. They are doing lots of lots of things, but they are staying exactly where they’ve always been.

We all experience 24 hours in a day. It is perhaps the one thing that is equal amongst us all. Time is the most precious resource we have because once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Unfortunately, many people let time slip away doing things that aren't serving them. Being "too busy" is one of the greatest lies we tell ourselves. In fact, when people say, "I don’t have the time", it is total BS.

Many people wear their "busy-ness" as a badge of honor. They are proud of how busy they are because it makes them feel important. Sadly, it’s just sloppy time management.

But when it comes to having the life you want, it's important to stop thinking you are "too busy" and instead become more deliberate in how you spend your time.
