This week we are joined by one of the most humble and inspiring triathletes currently doing the sport, Henri Schoeman. Henri went from being on top of the world to facing years or injury and challenges after breaking his ankle at the Tokyo Olympics.

Henri talks about overcoming those challenges and what motivates him to keep going. How he managed to remain focused and those athletes he competes against who inspire him to be better and who he wants to race and beat.

We talk about his transition to long course and what he thinks about all the opportunities for triathlon in the future.
