Do you ever read the Bible and think, "Yes! That's so me!" Or the opposite, "There is NO way I could do that!"
You may fall in one of those two camps today as we look at Psalm 105:1. Maybe you're ready to "Let the whole world know what God has done," or maybe you're still wondering when God is going to show up in your story. Hey, I’m Kristina Joy. Forgiven daughter of Jesus, Mom, and Coach. For years, I tried to break free from my infidelity in all the wrong ways. I tried by sheer willpower, I tried reading my Bible more, and I even considered joining a 12-step program. None of it worked.

I finally realized that if I was going to find true freedom in my life, I needed to let Jesus heal some deep wounds in my heart. Through prayer, a whole lot of research, and developing new healthy habits, I was finally able to find healing to shed my shame once and for all. I learned I could choose to leave the affair behind. I could choose to pursue my own emotional healing and growth, no matter if my marriage survived or not. I could create new healthy habits that would move me forward in confidence, with strength and dignity. And I am SO ready to share what I’ve learned with you!
