Chris Williamson is a former reality TV star appearing on Love Island & Take me out, before he realised that the life that he was living wasn’t being true and virtuous to himself.

After doing some deep reflection, Chris decided to stray away from reality television and pursue his passion of trying to understand the world that we live in.

This led Chris to starting up his own podcast called Modern Wisdom, in which he’s interviewed some of the most intelligent people in the world & leading experts in their fields, that include, doctors, physicists, life coaches, authors, and many more.

We took the time to try and delve into the lessons that Chris has learned along the way, and also find out about the remarkable spiritual journey that he went upon.
