Is there a single best exercise for bigger arms? In this episode we will go over how to go about learning the best ways to get your arms to grow.
When it comes down to it I do not believe there is one single exercise that trumps the rest.
Rather, a combination of exercises is best paired with the appropriate amount of rest will get you optimal results.
I’m working with clients over the years I have come to the conclusion that when looking for hypertrophy it’s always best to focus on getting the most out of the eccentric phase of the exercise. You really want to focus on the lowering phase to cause the maximum amount of expansion.
Proper supplementation and caloric consumption is key for growing any part of the body.
