Hi everyone!

This episode is all about confronting the beliefs that make up who we are as people, how to react to certain things and triggers, coping mechanisms and how you can better yourself and grow by overcoming these thoughts and reactions. We hope you like it and take something away! We also say three journal prompts at the end related to the ep that we want you to write down and work through to start to gain some clarification on what lurks in your shadows hahha.. they are: 1. List three limitations that you notice come up for you and consider why these are feelings for you and where they come from. 2. Who or what makes you jealous and why? 3. What do you think are the worst character traits that a person can have and can you name a time when you have shown these traits yourself.
