I found your podcast a few months ago and wow what a blessing you have been in my life. All my life I have struggled with anxiety and overthinking what others think of me and your podcast has helped me work on those areas in my life that I need to work on. In one of your podcasts you said, "not everyone in life is going to like you and that is ok!" When I heard that it make me stop and I thought wow, that is so true. I have spent all my life trying to please everyone and was crushed when people didn't like me. I have added that saying to my daily mantras because I need to stop worrying so much about what others "might" be thinking of me and instead use that time and energy on me and my husband. I listen to your podcasts when I'm running and girl I have gotten my per minute mile down because of you. Each day I try to push myself a little harder. Your voice is so calming and encouraging that even if I'm anxious when I start a run after I finish I'm calm and ready to face the day.

My husband and I are on a year long quest to find a new place to call home...
