I recently got asked about my recommendations for doing a parasite cleanse... DID YOU KNOW, most of us are hosts to parasites?! Parasites are organisms that infect the body animals (primarily), and live off their hosts to survive. While some parasites create no symptoms in their hosts, others can cause severe illness. Most of the time our body can keep them under control but sometimes it can't and we start experiencing things like chronic diarrhea, nausea and rashes.
