Suzanne Hacker is a former banking executive turned business coach with a rich background in leadership and coaching. Throughout her banking career, she managed 17 locations and supervised 110+ direct/indirect reports, including 15-20 individuals reporting directly to her. Coaching her team members was an essential aspect of her role, and she excelled in overseeing consumer and small business lending, marketing, and training for the bank, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of various business facets crucial for successful growth. Suzanne's goal-oriented approach revolves around data analysis and keeping a close eye on ROI.

Following the conclusion of her banking career due to an acquisition, Suzanne embraced the opportunity to invest in real estate and ventured into vacation rentals. This new journey rekindled her passion for remodeling, interior design, decorating, and the hospitality industry.

As time passed and her experience expanded, Suzanne established "Spectrum Friendly Vacations," a venture aimed at creating safe and comfortable vacation rentals tailored to Families with children on the autism spectrum. Through this initiative, she envisions a world filled with Spectrum-Friendly Vacation rentals, allowing ASD families to travel more and enjoy well-suited accommodations for their unique needs.
