Nicolas Jammet is the co-founder and chief concept officer of Sweetgreen, the mission-driven restaurant brand that serves healthy food at scale. Nick and his co-founder started Sweetgreen in 2007, just three months after graduating from Georgetown. Their vision is to be as ubiquitous as traditional fast food – but far, far more transparent and honest.
