Do you share your achievements freely? Or, do you worry that doing so will make you look arrogant?

When you brag just to brag, it is annoying. But, when you share wins AND you are helping other people succeed too, it is inspiring.

It is not "humble" or "modest" to withhold your achievements. Keeping your successes a secret does not serve anyone. Hiding your gifts does no one any good.

When you shine, you give other people permission to shine as well. And, there's room for everyone to shine.

When you share your own wins and breakthroughs, you are enabling others to see what's possible for them.
