Because midlife is probably one of the busiest times in our lives,  sometimes we forget how to feel real happiness.

When you add to the mix our fluctuating hormones, it's no surprise that sometimes we can be left feeling low and anything but happy.

This is exactly what my guest, Jo Howarth,  and I chat about on this week's episode.

Jo is an advanced hypnotherapist, mindfulness practitioner and founder of The Happiness Club and teaches people how to look after their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Jo is also an inspirational speaker and bestselling author of 6 books.
