Let's take a deep dive into my personal experience and journey with cycle syncing and how it has impacted my life. In this episode, I share my health and fitness journey and how it lead me to cycle syncing as well as the benefits I've seen from it. Although there is no research out there that proves whether cycle syncing works, it has majorly impacted my life in ways I couldn't imagine!
