I've found what has worked for me and the hundreds of ladies I’ve helped over years though, so I want to share my top 7 fitness tips I believe you should be doing. I want to keep this simple and uncomplicated for you, but I DO want you to have the right plan in place, and start taking action!
In today’s episode, I’m sharing 7 things you can start doing now on your fitness journey. I’ll be diving into the importance of a routine that works for you, how to set goals that aren’t solely focused on losing weight, doing workouts you enjoy AND get you results, finding the right support on your journey, and more.
I want you to know that it’s okay to mess up, and while you will make mistakes along the way, you don’t have to stay stuck there. This process does take time, but the long-term transformation you’ll experience along the way will absolutely be worth it! Your transformation will be one you’ll get to KEEP, because your results will actually last, and you won’t be starting over every 30 days (or every Monday). How amazing will that be?!
