This ‘I am not good enough’ can trigger so many health conditions emotionally and physically. Mindfulness, Meditation, Gratitude Pranayama, connecting with nature all of these are techniques we have to incorporate in our daily habits to bullet proof ourselves from this “I am not good enough” trap.
