Food is comfort for so many people. When there’s something going on externally or internally in our life, food is the easiest way to find relief, and unfortunately alot of us aren’t aware of our eating habits and how our life is contributing to this. We tend to say, “I need a meal plan” or “I need a nutritionist to help me”, but until we identify the root cause of why we’re comfort eating, not alot will change.
Shack is back to tell us about his battle with comfort eating and what drove his habits. We share our journey together and some of the life challenges we battled that contributed to this, and hear the shift Shack experienced to changing his ways. Don’t forget how common it is to rely on food for relief, and there is a way to identify and change our eating habits for the better.
