We talk about how she was able to escape the golden handcuffs of her cushy corporate job to follow her dreams of managing short-term rentals – all with the mission to spend more time with her husband and kids. Her approach has allowed her to embrace the freedom of being self-employed, to create her own work schedule, enjoy her family at home, and reignite creativity in ways she hadn't experienced in years

We also talk about all the ways she has crushed a metro market like Memphis (hello, pet friendly), do some myth busting on passive income, and unpack some recent challenges she's been facing here in 2023 with her first co-hosting gig.
