Many women with hypothalamic amenorrhea end their journey there. They resolve the period and get pregnant within months. Yay! And to be clear, that IS the case for most women.

Every now and then though, someone continues to be a part of the unexplained infertility statistic. Cycling beautifully but not falling pregnant. Getting pregnant but miscarrying within days or weeks. Why? We still don't always know, and sometimes you wont.

In our work, we've had a few of these clients. The beautiful part is that most of them don't give up and they keep going, which makes me feel emotional just to type about. Today is one of those stories.
