Like so many other entrepreneurs and coaches, I’m in the middle of raising my two young sons, aged 8 and 4. If you have kids, you’ll know that things have changed since we were kids! 

I have to say I’m glad about that - I think there’s more space to see children as independent people, and to allow them to have their own ideas and emotions. In my experience, that’s exactly what coaching is about, too!
