At the end of 2022, Mo began to think about her goals for 2023 and dedicated this year to being her best year personally and in the gym. However, life had other plans. Mo was diagnosed with breast cancer and soon after cancer was discovered in her lymph nodes. Mo said one of her first thoughts was, am I going to be able to exercise?
