In this episode we are learning about TOFI - thin on the outside and fat on the inside. Just because someone in slim or "skinny" does not mean that they are healthy. Especially if that person does not have a lot of muscle. TOFI can be a high risk factor for several metabolic diseases and sometimes the only way to find out if you are at risk is through testing.
