Fellas, isn't it fair to say that most of us create stories for ourselves during childhood that we often perpetuate into adulthood? If left unchecked, those stories may hurt us or our relationships.

Personally, I'm aware of a few narratives that are still making me question myself as a dad and husband.

But here's the good news: we can rewrite those stories and create more empowering ones. We do this by first digging deep into our psyche.
