Colm is the host of the brilliant sober mess podcast and one of most warm and genuine guys you will ever meet. 

This episode was recorded in a car park just outside Dublin, 60 seconds after we first met, and shortly before we went for a hike and sea swim in the Irish Sea.

Well since I quit the booze almost 8 years ago things like this keep happening. The sober or alcohol-free community are so welcoming that you can end up going on adventures you never expected.
