Jerzy is a professional coach, personal trainer, and creator of The Happy Body program. He is a 4-time World Weightlifting Champion and World Record Holder. Jerzy has helped coach and train many people including Tim Ferriss and Naval Ravikant since moving to the US from Poland in 1986. He and his wife, Aniela, founded and coached UCLA’s weightlifting team in 2000. Besides weightlifting, Jerzy is also a poet. He earned an MFA in Creative Writing from the Vermont College of Fine Arts and has since appeared in numerous publications with his award-winning poetry.
