This episode continues our 6 part series on the 6 mental faculties! On today's episode we discuss Memory. This is an interesting one because we talk about memory in a way you may not have thought you could use it before: memorizing a future feeling. 

You see, memory is an important evolutionary tool we use to remember things that cause us pain and pleasure. We can use this tool to help us memorize a future self we'd love to work towards to help us decide what thoughts need to have and what actions we need to take today.
