37. Creating a Life You Love with Caroline Harper-Jantuah
For the Season Finale of Trusting The Process, I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down to talk with my own aunty, Caroline Harper-Jantuah.
With three decades of experience working in corporate and not for profit sectors across Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia, Caroline is an award-winning facilitator and Executive Coach. Past and present clients include the likes of the United Nations, the World Health Organization and Ernst & Young to name a few.
At 70 but with the busting social life that would put many thirty-somethings to shame, Caroline is evidence that we live from choice. From her 16 years as co-founder of diversity and inclusion consultancy "The Diversity Practice" to moving to Geneva where she pursued a forgotten dream working for the United Nations, Caroline has chosen to navigate her journey with intention.
Through her story we learn the power of pursuing your curiosity and the gift of changing your mind. We are left with the reminder that a dream deferred can still become a dream actualised.
Inter-generational conversations will always be incredibly valuable and this exchange is no different. I hope this episode empowers you to pay attention to the things you're choosing and live your life from intention.
