In our final episode of Season 1 of Bestie Chats with Soph, I wanted to share a topic that resonated the most with you this season...and that is, cutting people out of your life. Friendship breakups are some of the hardest breakups to go through, but a very necessary part of growing up. It is time you reevaluate who you surround yourself with and ask yourself some tough questions.

Thank you all for the best season of my life. We are taking a little break until season two, but you best believe next season is going to be WILD!!
