One day I realized that I kept thinking to myself that my dryer must be shrinking my clothes. I noticed that each time I put on clothes they seemed to fit tighter and tighter. But surely that’s the only explanation, right?
Just last week my husband was yammering on about how our scale must be broken. (There was lots of eye rolling on my part!)
These are the excuses we tell ourselves.
You have permission to take care of yourself today. Start small, then build upon each self care act that you incorporate so that it becomes a habit.
