Today I'm interviewing Serena Dyer Pisoni. Her father, Wayne Dyer, passed away a few years ago. If you don't know him, he was a big influence on my life and work, and I know he also touched the lives of many others. Serena recently co-wrote a book called The Knowing with her sister Saje, all about processing and learning from the many losses that they were going through during that time in their lives. In today's episode, Serena shares the tools and strategies she developed to make her way forward through that grief, and we also talk about the importance of practicing self-love and self-forgiveness even when you believe guilt is all you deserve.
