377: Anti Diet Does Not Mean Anti Health

When people here anti diet here's what they hear: Anti health. Anti nutrition. Anti vegetables. In this episode, we will talk about one of the concepts of intuitive eating to help you understand why there's so much misinformation about this self care eating framework: Making peace with food.

Making peace with food involves giving yourself unconditional permission to eat. People take this to mean: you're going to be eating every second of every day, eating foods you deem unhealthy forever. Honestly, when I hear this response, I know without a doubt, that the person sharing this concern is struggling with diet mentality.

Making peace with food is a powerful experience. And I would argue is one of the most health promoting things we can do for ourselves! FBPP is an 8 week group program that will teach you EVERYTHING you need to know in order to make peace with food, and also your body.
