There are many things in life we’d like to happen quickly. The 3 minute planking part of your workout, waiting for the microwave countdown timer, or the last hour of the work day when your partner just texted you an eggplant emoji… 

Unfortunately, sex usually isn’t one of them. Today’s episode is all about Premature Ejaculation; what it is, and what you can do about it. 

I was lucky enough to have an anonymous guest offer to be on the show today, and share his honest experiences with PE. As much as this isn't the sexiest topic we’ve had on this show, it certainly is an important one. PE is something that affects hundreds of thousands of people around the world. It’s frustrating, it can be embarrassing, and it’s very rarely talked about. 

Neither myself or my guest are medical doctors, so this episode isn’t medical advice. It’s about normalising a very common sexual health issue, while also giving hope that there are options available, which you can discuss with your doctor.
