Most people believe confidence is something you either have or you don't. The truth is confidence is something that is built, trained, and strengthened over time. In this episode Luke Mind Power shares the four most common reasons people lose their confidence and what you can start doing today to rebuild it.
Luke explains how many people carry unconscious beliefs formed from childhood experiences, rejection, criticism, or past failures. Over time these beliefs become the inner voice that tells us we are not good enough, smart enough, or capable enough. When this voice is not challenged it slowly erodes self belief.
Another major reason people struggle with confidence is the constant fear of judgement. Many people spend years trying to please others, trying to avoid criticism, and trying to be accepted.
