In this episode Kevin and I discuss 4 ways to connect with your spouse.  They are physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.  As we talk about each of the ways we share ideas and experiences in our own marriage to create and develop true connection.  We share a quote from Brene Brown that says, "The energy that exists between people when they fell seen, heard and valued; when they can give and receive judgement; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship."  This is her definition of what true connection is.
