For decades the South Side of Chicago was intentionally divested from. That is the legacy of racism in America. Today, Jerome Harper, Nate Thompson, La'Dweena Smith, and Rashauna Scott are reinvesting in the South Side, creating a new legacy.

Jerome Harper and Nate Thompson join the show today to tell us about the new Business Center they are opening in Chicago’s South Side. Not only will the Business Center be a welcoming place, like a cafe, but Jerome and Nate tell us they plan to go out into the community. They want to provide education and resources so that families can create their own legacies through owning real estate.
