"Self care is like squeezing OJ out of an orange. What is inside comes out."
Welcome to Return to Calm podcast. I am your host, Tiffany Nguyen. Our goal is to bring you hope, and help you on your journey through this podcast. As a parent, she knows our children pickup what we do more than what we say. In healing ourselves first we can bring peace to our homes, and know this: you are not alone in this, and we CAN raise and inspire a conscious generation to build our world up, not tear it down.
You can expect to hear many ways to find inner peace, return to your calm in your inner self, and find inspiration, tools, & events in this podcast.
Guest bio :Jahanvi Shah is a Former Special Ed. and Technology Teacher, and now a certified Conscious Parenting Coach.
In Long Island New York she loves to spend valuable time with her husband and children.
It is truly a calling in her life to support, to guide, to uplift, and advocate for the most vulnerable population in this world, which is children and their mothers. She knew it was her calling in 2016.
She felt extremely passionate about learning so that she can bring peace, connection and harmony into her home and teach that to other mothers.
You are going to love her as I do…

2. Get your partner on board through action & proof with results in your child.
3. Self care - What comes out is inside. You cannot give what you don't have.
4. Start slow with your self care routine. Vipasana deep breathing meditation is a great start for 5 minutes a day.
