Pointillism is a form of art - I discuss how thousands of dots make up a picture. However, it isn't until we stand back that we can see what it is.  Sometimes we need someone like a coach to help us with our perception of a situation.  Especially when it involves our marriage or our kids or other family members.  When we stand too close we only see the dots or problems.  We can't see the beautiful picture that was created by all the good and bad dots.
