Hey, Survivor!

In today's show, I share 4 ways to support another narcissistic abuse survivor, who may not have listened when you tried to warn them about their toxic relationship.  Oftentimes, you can see someone else's situation more clearly than you can see your own.  

Narcissists use charm, mirroring, lies, future-faking, and trauma bonding to draw you in, trick you into falling in love with yourself, and keep you stuck in an abusive relationship, so they can get their needs met.  If you know, you know.  And sometimes, these relationships can last for years, leaving you drained mentally, emotionally, spiritually, physically, and financially.  The last thing that you need is for someone to say, "I told you so!"  You need support from people who love you unconditionally, and who get it.
