This week, I discuss  the 2022 word of the year, Gaslighting. I think it is important to understand what it is so you can know if it is something you or someone else in your relationship does.  I give examples of what this looks like.  Gaslighting is a form of emotional abuse although many times it isn't intentional. The person doing it is trying to protect themselves however it is extremely harmful to the person on the receiving end. I give you ways to get out of a gaslighting situation and if you are the one gaslighting please get help and figure out why you are doing what you are doing. If your partner is having an affair they are probably also gaslighting you.
